Job summary

• Establish testing processes, standards, metrics, KPIs, and quality gates.
• Ensure adequate test coverage based on business, technical, regulatory, and risk requirements.
• Manage test schedules, dependencies, resources, risks, issues, and deliverables.

The role requires strong experience in banking applications, digital banking, payments, core banking, lending, cards, and regulatory/compliance-driven testing, along with excellent leadership and stakeholder-management skills.
