Job summary

ACCORD INNOVATIONS SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced Test Manager in the Banking domain to lead testing activities, ensure quality, and drive metrics across SIT, UAT, and performance testing.

You will collaborate with project teams to clarify requirements and report progress. The role requires strong JIRA proficiency, excellent communication, and a track record managing AI or Mortgage-related projects. Qualifications

• 7+ years in test projects within the Banking domain with a Test Manager role.
• Proficient in JIRA for defect and test management.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience managing SIT, UAT and Performance Testing.
• Experience on AI or Mortgage-related projects is a MUST.

Responsibilities

• Clarify testing requirements across projects.
• Report metrics and SLAs per plan.
• Support testing escalations as needed.
• Develop Test Plan and Test Approval Report.
• Create daily and weekly test progress reports.
• Collaborate with Project Manager to identify risks.
• Ensure quality of deliverables through review and process adherence.
• Provide status reports to ITPM and Business PM.

Test Manager- Banking domain is Mandatory

A Test Manager role supporting testing requirements clarity, metrics reporting, and quality assurance across testing phases.

Key responsibilities

• Support getting the clarity on testing requirements
• Report all applicable metrics and SLAs as per communication plan
• Provide support during testing escalations
• Develop Test Plan and Test Approval Report
• Develop daily and weekly test progress reports
• Work closely with Project Manager in identifying potential risks and challenges
• Ensure quality of deliverables by review, test process adherence, and monitoring
• Provide operational and day-to-day status reports to ITPM and Business PM

About you

• At least 7+ years of working experience in test projects within the Banking domain, with proven working experience as a Test Manager
• Must know how to use JIRA for defect and test management
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Experience managing end-to-end testing, including SIT, UAT, and Performance Testing
• Experience managing AI projects or Mortgage-related projects is a MUST
