• 10+ years in software testing, QA, and test management.
• Experience in Banking/Financial Services domain.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test Approach, and Test Governance for banking applications.
• Lead end-to-end testing across Functional, Integration, System, Regression, UAT, Performance, Security, and Production validation.
• Establish testing processes, standards, metrics, KPIs, and quality gates.
• Ensure adequate test coverage based on business, technical, regulatory, and risk requirements.
• Manage test schedules, dependencies, resources, risks, issues, and deliverables.
