Experience:

10+ years in Software Testing, Quality Assurance, and Test Management, with significant experience in the Banking/Financial Services domain.

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced
Test Manager to lead end-to-end testing activities for banking and financial services applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the overall testing strategy, managing test teams, ensuring quality standards, coordinating with business and technology stakeholders, and delivering high-quality solutions within agreed timelines.

The role requires strong experience in banking applications, digital banking, payments, core banking, lending, cards, and regulatory/compliance-driven testing, alongside excellent leadership and stakeholder-management skills.
