Job summary

TrustDecision is seeking a Senior Test Lead / QA Lead to own end-to-end testing for large-scale banking implementations across Southeast Asia. You will act as a technical quality owner, ensuring production readiness, integration stability, and performance resilience before go-live.

Work with solution architects and client teams to drive high-quality releases, establish testing frameworks, and lead RCA for critical issues in a multi-party delivery environment.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years in software testing / QA / quality engineering.
• Proven experience as Test Lead / QA Lead in enterprise system delivery.
• Strong background in banking or financial systems testing.
• Deep understanding of SIT, API testing, data validation.
• Experience with distributed systems and databases.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead overall test strategy, test planning, and execution.
• Validate end-to-end data flows, API interactions, and business logic.
• Lead performance testing and capacity validation.
• Establish defect lifecycle management and RCA.
• Guide client UAT and ensure production readiness.
