Job summary

ZOLL Medical Corporation, Acute Care Technology division, seeks a Territorial Manager to drive sales growth across the territory by managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; nursing/clinical background is advantageous.
• Minimum 5 years in medical device equipment industry.
• At least 3 years of successful sales with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Experience working with hospitals, healthcare providers and tender-based sales.
• Strong understanding of hospital procurement processes and healthcare sales.
• Proficiency in Salesforce.com or other CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory sales plans aligned with business objectives.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective territory management and strategic account development.
• Identify, develop, and grow new business opportunities within hospitals and healthcare institutions.
• Conduct customer visits, product demonstrations, clinical evaluations, and presentations to healthcare professionals.
• Lead and manage the tender process, including RFP preparation, product presentations, customer interviews, and contract negotiations.
• Collaborate with Business Partners on strategic projects, key accounts, and large-scale tender opportunities.
• Deliver post-sales support through customer follow-up, product implementation, and in-service training.
• Organise and support resuscitation education and clinical initiatives to strengthen customer engagement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, clinicians, procurement teams, and other key decision-makers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities and support business growth.
• Maintain accurate customer information, sales activities, and pipeline management using Salesforce.com or other CRM systems.
