Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end tenancy process.
• Maintain accurate records of tenancy documents, rental schedules, deposits, and contract expiry dates.
• Provide excellent customer service to tenants and address queries.
• Assist with preparation of management reports and statistics.
• Handle tenant complaints promptly and professionally.
