Join the dynamic team at Tropicana Golf & Country Resort as an Executive Sales & Marketing. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of this prestigious property located in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

Key responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote the resort's offerings to potential customers

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and building relationships with key industry partners

Manage and coordinate marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities to enhance the resort's brand visibility and drive sales

Provide excellent customer service to both existing and potential clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner

Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content and maintain a strong online presence for the resort

Monitor and analyse sales and marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement

What we're looking for

Relevant experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the hospitality or real estate industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and effectively present the resort's offerings

Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving customer acquisition

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and familiar with marketing automation tools and CRM systems

Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
