About the role

Tropicana Golf & Country Resort is seeking a dedicated Tenancy Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Tenancy Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the administration and tenancy processes. This is a full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our growing organisation.

What you'll be doing

Manage the end-to-end tenancy process.

Maintain accurate records of tenancy documents, rental schedules, deposits, and contract expiry dates.

Provide excellent customer service to our tenants, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Assist with the preparation of management reports and statistical data as required.

Handle tenant complaints and requests promptly and professionally.

Monitor compliance with clubhouse rules, safety standards, and operational guidelines.

What we're looking for

At least 2 - 3 years' experience in a similar tenancy or property management role, preferably within the Real Estate industry.

Strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to maintain accurate records and generate reports.

A keen eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset to address any tenancy-related issues.

Strong customer service orientation and a commitment to providing a high level of tenant satisfaction.
