Job summary

Tropicana Corporation Berhad is seeking a diligent Assistant/Coordinator to support Pre-Delivery Inspections and daily property operations. You will coordinate with technicians, manage communications, and assist in handovers and defect rectifications.

Candidate should hold a Diploma/Degree in Administration or Real Estate Management, be proficient in MS Office, and fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Own transport is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Administration/Real Estate Management or equivalent.
• Good written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Responsibilities

• Support Pre-Delivery Inspection process.
• Assist Senior Executive/Property Manager in day-to-day operations for efficient service delivery.
• Maintain filing system, correspondence, documentation and dispatch.
• Respond to occupants’/ residents’ complaints and coordinate with technicians for site inspections and repairs.
• Assist in day-to-day operations and provide quality customer service, handling communications from customers.
• Conduct on-site inspections as needed.
• Prepare for and attend defects progress meetings with project team and contractors.
• Assist in planning and managing vacant possession handovers and related documents.
• Ensure defects identified during the DLP are rectified within the time frame, coordinating with the Project Department and contractors.

Job description

Support and participate in Pre-Delivery Inspection process.

Assist and support the Senior Executive/Property Manager in day-to-day operations, ensuring that all works and service deliveries are carried out efficiently and accordingly.

Responsible for filing system, correspondence, documentation and dispatch activities of the office.

Respond promptly to occupants’/ residents’ complaints and coordinate with the appropriate technicians and workers to arrange site inspection, repairs or rectification works.

Assist the property manager with the day-to-day operations, including providing quality customer service, attending to customer's complaints and managing all verbal and written communications and/or representations from customers as required.

Conduct on-site inspections as and when necessary.

Prepare for and attend defects progress meetings with relevant parties including the project team and contractor.

Assist in the planning, coordination and management of vacant possession handovers to purchasers including but not limited to the preparation of all relevant handover documentations and inventory list.

Ensure that all defects identified during the Defects Liability Period (DLP) are properly rectified within the stipulated time frame, including coordinating closely with the Project Department and contractors.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Administration/Real Estate Management or equivalent discipline.

Required skill(s): Computer literate, i.e MS Office; Good in both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English; Good communication as well as interpersonal skills.

Knowledge in Property Management and VP will be an added advantage
