Job summary

OCK Group Of Companies is seeking an O&M Support Engineer specializing in Telecommunication Networks to maintain and optimize our telecom infrastructure. The role involves installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting equipment on towers and rooftops, with travel to various sites and working on a rotating shift to cover 24/7 operations.

The ideal candidate has a diploma or bachelor’s in telecom or electrical engineering, proven field experience, and strong leadership, safety, and teamwork skills

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in telecom network operations and maintenance with leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monitoring, maintenance, and optimization of telecom network systems to ensure reliability.
• Provide guidance to technicians, troubleshoot network issues, and implement upgrades.
• Lead installation and maintenance of network elements (eNodeB, routers, switches) and passive infrastructure.
