Job summary

UO Structique in Malaysia is seeking a skilled rigging technician to support telecommunication tower survey works. You will prepare, secure, lift, and position equipment, and assist the survey team on tower access.

The role requires at least two years in telecom tower works, tower climbing and rigging, strong safety knowledge, WAH and CIDB Green Card, physical fitness, and willingness to travel to various project sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in telecom tower works or tower surveys.
• Experience in tower climbing and rigging activities.
• Knowledge of site safety procedures and best practices.
• Valid Working at Height (WAH) Certificate.
• Valid CIDB Green Card.
• Physically fit and able to work at height.
• Willing to travel and work at various project sites.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, secure, lift, and position equipment and tools required for tower inspection and assessment.
• Assist the survey team in accessing tower structures and handling survey equipment.
• Ensure all rigging operations are carried out safely and in compliance with site safety requirements and work procedures.
• Conduct pre-use inspections of rigging equipment and report any defects or unsafe conditions.
• Coordinate with the survey team and site personnel to ensure work is completed efficiently and safely.
