Job summary

You will read technical manuals and drawings, handle basic repairs, perform site configurations, and ensure high-quality service to customers.

A Diploma or Certificate in Electronics/Electrical or Telecommunications is required, with CIDB/NIOSH a plus and a valid driver’s

• Read technical manuals and drawings.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving history.
• WAH/CIDB/NIOSH certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot network equipment and customer premise equipment.
• Maintain electrical systems.
• Install, maintain, and repair cable infrastructure.
• Perform maintenance on existing cabling systems.
• Troubleshoot issues with cable network and perform basic repairs.
• Provide high-quality service to all customers.
• Handle trouble tickets/dockets and perform test/speed calls.
• Configure sites.
