• Experience in telecommunication network operations and maintenance with leadership and project management.
• Proficiency with network monitoring tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Ability to work at heights and travel to various sites.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monitoring, maintenance, and optimization of telecommunication network systems for reliability.
• Provide 24/7 support on rotating shifts.
• Lead technicians and coordinate with engineers on upgrades and expansions.
• Configure, install, and maintain active network elements (eNodeB, TX gear, routers, switches).
• Manage passive infrastructure (cables, fiber, enclosures, gensets, cameras).
• Plan and execute maintenance projects including surveys, procurement, installation, and testing.
• Visit towers, rooftops, and elevated structures for installation and troubleshooting.
• Maintain records and report performance and resource usage to management.
• Collaborate with NOC, project managers, and external vendors to resolve issues.
• Stay updated on technologies and participate in training to improve reliability.
