Job summary

TECO Electric & Machinery Co., Ltd. in Penang seeks an experienced HR professional to oversee the full scope of human resources responsibilities and partner with leadership on strategic initiatives, policies, programs and practices.

You will manage expansion HR processes, talent acquisition, retention, performance, compensation, and employee relations while aligning with TECO HQ goals and Malaysian labor laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• At least 5 years of HR experience.
• Familiarity with Malaysian labor laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Chinese language proficiency.
