Job summary

You will manage expansion HR processes, talent acquisition, retention, performance, compensation, and employee relations while aligning with TECO HQ goals and Malaysian labor laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• At least 5 years of HR experience.
• Familiarity with Malaysian labor laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Chinese language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist with company expansion by initiating and optimizing HR processes.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with TECO HQ and goals.
• Oversee talent acquisition, retention, and performance management.
• Manage compensation and benefits with outsourcing partners as needed.
• Address employee relations and conflict resolution.
• Collaborate with senior management on HR planning.
