About the role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technician to join our construction team at our Puchong, Selangor location on a full-time basis. In this supervisory-focused technician role, you will play a crucial part in overseeing construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and maintaining the quality of workmanship on site. You will work closely with our project management team and coordinate with site personnel to ensure the successful completion of construction projects. This position offers the opportunity to develop your supervisory capabilities whilst maintaining your hands‑on technical expertise.

Key responsibilities

What we're looking for

• Proven experience working in construction, with a minimum of 5 years in a technician or supervisory role within the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, equipment, and industry best practices
• Excellent understanding of health and safety regulations and site management procedures
• Demonstrated ability to supervise and coordinate teams effectively
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings, plans, and specifications
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders
• Physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks and work in outdoor conditions
• Relevant qualifications or certifications in construction, engineering, or site supervision (e.g., CITB, Diploma in Construction Management)
• Knowledge of project management software and site reporting tools is advantageous
