Job summary
ATP Sales & Services Sdn Bhd is seeking a field service technician in Malaysia to handle installation, servicing, and maintenance of large format plotters and multi-function printers. The role involves traveling to client sites, providing hands-on repair, and conducting operator training to ensure equipment reliability.
The ideal candidate should have an IT-related certificate/diploma/degree, possess own transport, and be capable of meeting tight deadlines while maintaining safety standards.
Qualifications
- Possess own transport and willingness to travel for work.
- Preferably with a certificate/diploma/degree in IT or related field.
Responsibilities
- Installation, servicing and maintenance of large format plotter and multi-function printer.
- Conduct equipment training to customers
- Feedback and complete technical service report
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on a variety of industrial equipment and machinery
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions
- Perform repairs and servicing to ensure optimal performance and reliability
- Maintain detailed records of all work completed
- Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for process improvements
- Adhere to all health, safety and environmental regulations
