Job summary

IDMS Technologies in Malaysia seeks a dedicated on-site IT Support technician to assist customers primarily around Kajang and Putrajaya. The role includes on-site installation, diagnosing and resolving issues, with training provided.

Office located at Taman Kajang Sentral; assignments cover Putrajaya, Kajang and Bangi. Applicants should have a certificate in computer science or equivalent, strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English, and be able to work independently.

Responsibilities:

Provide on site IT support for our customers mainly at Kajang/Putrajaya area.

Responsible for on site installation

Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues, and implementing effective solutions.

Our office located at Taman Kajang Sentral

Job coverage area will be in Putrajaya/Kajang/Bangi. The successful candidates will be assigned according to their home address

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Certificate in Computer Science or equivalent.


• Good communication skills in both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia/ English.


• Ability to demonstrate and technically oriented with good analytical skills.


• Mature and able to work with minimum supervision. Able to handle customer's complaints.


• Knowledge of color digital print products and knowledge of file handling software will be an added advantage.


• At least 1 Year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.


• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided by the Company.
