Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Customer Engineer for production and industrial printing systems in Setia Tropika, JB. You will install, calibrate, and test equipment at customer sites, and serve as a trusted technical advisor to maximize uptime and performance.

You will troubleshoot hardware and software, perform preventive maintenance, train users, and collaborate with internal teams and vendors. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; a technical diploma is required and a valid driving license is

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or related technical field.
• Must possess a valid driving license and own a car.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
• Experience with large-format printers or industrial machinery is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and test production and industrial printing systems at customer sites.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and workflow issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs to ensure optimal uptime and performance.
• Conduct user training on machine operations, safety practices, and basic troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams and external vendors to resolve complex challenges.
• Maintain service reports, documentation, and customer records.
• Respond promptly to customer service calls and technical inquiries.
• Support system upgrades, software updates, and workflow integrations.

Customer Engineer (Production & Industrial Printing)

As a Customer Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of high-end production and industrial printing equipment. You will serve as a trusted technical advisor to our customers, ensuring maximum equipment performance and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs to ensure optimal equipment uptime and performance.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical discipline.

• Must possess a valid driving license and own a car

• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.

• Ability to work independently and manage service assignments effectively.

• Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.

• Hands-on experience with production or industrial printing equipment is an advantage.

• Experience with large-format printers, digital presses, or similar industrial machinery will be highly regarded.

• Fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
