As a Customer Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of high-end production and industrial printing equipment. You will serve as a trusted technical advisor to our customers, ensuring maximum equipment performance and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

As a Customer Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of high-end production and industrial printing equipment. You will serve as a trusted technical advisor to our customers, ensuring maximum equipment performance and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Install, configure, and test production and industrial printing systems at customer sites.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and workflow-related issues.
Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs to ensure optimal equipment uptime and performance.
Conduct user training on machine operations, safety practices, and basic troubleshooting techniques.
Collaborate with internal technical teams and external vendors to resolve complex technical challenges.
Maintain accurate service reports, documentation, and customer records.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer service calls and technical inquiries.
Support system upgrades, software updates, and workflow integrations.
Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety requirements, and industry standards.
Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical discipline.
Must possess a valid driving license and own a car
Good communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to work independently and manage service assignments effectively.
Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
Hands-on experience with production or industrial printing equipment is an advantage.
Experience with large-format printers, digital presses, or similar industrial machinery will be highly regarded.
Fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
