Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an experienced field service technician to install, test, commission, and support projects on-site across Malaysia. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and basic programming issues, and repair equipment to minimize downtime.

Responsibilities include managing spare parts and chemical inventory, preparing detailed service reports, and delivering excellent customer support to clients.

Qualifications

• Diploma or technical certificate in mechanical, electrical, mechatronics, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in machine installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, and basic programming.

Job Requirements
