Job summary

Camart sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an IT Support & Surveillance Technician to provide technical assistance for hardware, software, networking, and surveillance systems. You will install, configure, test, and maintain solutions, perform on-site and remote support, and document service records.

Applicants should have a diploma and be able to work with minimal supervision, travel as required, and bring own transportation. Overtime and leave benefits are available through the package.

Qualifications

Diploma holder required or higher.
Experience in surveillance and IT industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, networking, and system-related issues.
Install, configure, test, and maintain IT and surveillance solutions.
Perform on-site and remote support for customers.
Diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently.
Conduct preventive maintenance and system health checks.
Prepare technical reports, documentation, and service records.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.
Assist in project implementation, commissioning, and customer training.
