Job summary

Camart sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks an IT Support Technician to provide hands-on hardware, software, networking, and system troubleshooting for surveillance and IT solutions. You will install, configure, test, and maintain systems and deliver on-site and remote support to customers.

The ideal candidate holds a diploma, is disciplined, proactive, and able to travel to client sites with own transport. You should work with minimal supervision and coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve

• Diploma minimum required.
• Experience in surveillance/IT is an advantage.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Willing to travel to work locations as needed.
• Own transportation is required.
• Disciplined, proactive and responsible.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, networking, and system-related issues.
• Install, configure, test, and maintain IT and surveillance solutions.
• Perform on-site and remote support for customers.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and system health checks.
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and service records.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.
• Assist in project implementation, commissioning, and customer training.
• Other duties assigned by superior.
