Job summary

Camart sdn Bhd is seeking a capable IT and surveillance support technician in Malaysia. You will provide on-site and remote assistance, install and maintain surveillance and IT solutions, and document service records. Travel to client sites and coordinate with vendors are required.

The role requires a diploma with relevant experience, ability to work independently, and a proactive, responsible attitude. Overtime and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in surveillance and IT industry is an advantage.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Able to travel to any work location as requested and when required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, networking, and system-related issues.
• Install, configure, test, and maintain IT and surveillance solutions.
• Perform on-site and remote support for customers.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and system health checks.
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and service records.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.
• Assist in project implementation, commissioning, and customer training.
• Other duties assigned by superior.
