Job summary

Camart sdn Bhd is seeking a technically proficient IT and surveillance support technician in Negeri Sembilan to provide on-site and remote troubleshooting, install and maintain surveillance and IT solutions, and deliver quality customer service. The role requires a Diploma, independence, travel readiness, and own transport.

You will diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance, document service records, and coordinate with vendors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma required; minimum qualification stated.
• Experience in surveillance and IT industry is an advantage.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, networking, and system-related issues.
• Install, configure, test, and maintain IT and surveillance solutions.
• Perform on-site and remote support for customers.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and system health checks.
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and service records.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.
• Assist in project implementation, commissioning, and customer training.
• Other duties assigned by superior.
