Job summary

Camart sdn Bhd is seeking a technically savvy professional to provide on-site and remote support for IT and surveillance systems in Kuala Lumpur. The role involves installation, configuration, testing, and proactive maintenance of complex hardware and software solutions for diverse customers.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma and has experience in surveillance or IT, with the ability to travel to various work locations and work with minimal supervision. Own transport is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, networking, and system-related issues.
• Install, configure, test, and maintain IT and surveillance solutions.
• Perform on-site and remote support for customers.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and system health checks.
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and service records.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.
• Assist in project implementation, commissioning and customer training.
• Other duties assigned by superior.
