Job summary

Camart sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an IT and surveillance support technician to provide technical help, install and maintain systems, and deliver on-site and remote support.

The ideal candidate holds at least a Diploma, has experience in surveillance and IT, can work with minimal supervision, travel as required, and has own transport; disciplined, proactive, and responsible.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have at least a Diploma.
• Experience in surveillance and IT is advantageous.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to travel to job sites as required.
• Must have own transport.
• Demonstrates discipline, proactivity and responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, networking, and system-related issues.
• Install, configure, test, and maintain IT and surveillance solutions.
• Perform on-site and remote support for customers.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and system health checks.
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and service records.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.
• Assist in project implementation, commissioning, and customer training.
• Other duties assigned by superior.
