Job summary

Camart sdn Bhd is seeking IT and surveillance support professionals in Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia. The role involves providing technical support, installing and maintaining IT and surveillance systems, and delivering both on-site and remote assistance to customers.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in IT or related field, has basic surveillance/IT experience, and can travel to client locations with own transport.

Qualifications

• Diploma in IT or related field.
• Experience in surveillance and IT industry is an advantage.
• Able to travel and possess own transportation.
• Discipline, proactive and responsible.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, networking, and system-related issues.
• Install, configure, test, and maintain IT and surveillance solutions.
• Perform on-site and remote support for customers.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and system health checks.
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and service records.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.
• Assist in project implementation, commissioning, and customer training.
• Other duties assigned by superior.
