Job summary

Amtel Cellular Sdn Bhd in Shah Alam, Selangor invites applications for two Technical Support Engineer positions. You will join an engineering team focusing on product installation, vehicle-related systems, and comprehensive troubleshooting.

The role includes installing products on vehicles per customer requests, preparing SOPs and user manuals, delivering installation training, and providing technical support throughout development, testing, and post-launch phases.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or diploma required.
• Basic electronics knowledge.
• Fresh graduates or 0–2 years in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Study and installation for the product on vehicle as per customer request
• Prepare installation SOP, User Manual and other documents as per customer requirement
• Provide product installation training to external/internal parties
• Perform troubleshooting for vehicle related to the technical issues
• Provide technical support during development stage, testing phases, market complaints and other relevant
• Prepare all the technical report for the new products or product changes
• Assist for preparing the layout planning process flow, material flow, operation layout & standard work instruction
• Perform the technical support on the EV battery repair service (Diagnostic, repair, reporting, maintenance)
