Job summary

ComRel Technologies Sdn Bhd in Penang is seeking Mandarin-speaking service engineers to serve Mandarin-speaking customers and suppliers. The role covers installation, commissioning, and on-site maintenance of machines and equipment.

You should have SPM/Diploma/Certificate in Electronic/Electrical Engineering, be a team player, self-motivated, able to work independently, and hold a Class D driving licence with own car. Occasional after-hours work is required.

Qualifications

• Must have a Malaysian SPM/Diploma/Certificate in Electronics/Electrical Engineering.
• Mandarin-speaking to serve Mandarin customers and suppliers.
• Positive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Possess a valid Malaysian driving licence (Class D) and own a car.
• Willing to work after office hours when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of assigned products and ensure smooth operations while providing continuous service.
• Install and commission machines/equipment on-site.
• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair on-site or in-house.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and provide after-sales support.
• Collaborate with customers to address service concerns and resolve issues.
