Qualifications

• Provide pre/post-sales technical support and product recommendations.
• Programming and data analysis using Python and C/C++, supporting benchmark projects.

These roles are critical to supporting customer success, driving innovation, and ensuring high‑quality technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation & Commissioning: Execute equipment installations, product demos, and customer handovers.
• Repair & Troubleshooting: Diagnose mechanical, electrical, electronic, and control system issues; propose solutions and coordinate spare parts.
• Preventive Maintenance: Carry out scheduled service, advise customers on repairs, and document activities.
• Technical Support: Provide pre/post‑sales support, product recommendations, and consultative guidance.
• Programming & Data Analysis: Develop code (Python, C/C++), analyze data, and support benchmark projects.
• Training & Development: Conduct operator training, prepare service documentation, and share feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications
