Job summary

Jora Malaysia seeks a technically skilled web support specialist to manage domain registration, DNS configuration and auditing for client and corporate websites.

You will diagnose faults, troubleshoot WordPress-based sites, assist with plugin issues, and conduct regular maintenance and health checks. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ Bachelor’s/ Professional Degree in Information Systems or Technology, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• Solid understanding of WordPress CMS, web development, maintenance and technical support practices.
• Experience with cPanel, network connectivity, PHP, MySQL (install/update), DNS and hosting package installation.
• Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Proficient written and verbal communication in English, Bahasa Melayu, and Mandarin.
• Good teamwork and ability to work independently.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
