Syarikat Perumahan Negara Berhad is seeking an Executive Information Technology to join our growing IT support team. This is a full-time position based in Selangor, offering a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our organization's technology infrastructure and user support services. In this role, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional IT support and solutions to our internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless operations across all departments. This position is integral to maintaining our technology systems' reliability, security, and performance whilst providing first-class technical assistance to our users.
Provide First and Second Level IT Support to internal users to resolve issues related to hardware, software, network systems, operating systems (Windows/macOS), and Virtual Servers.
Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.
Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN networks, Wi‑Fi, routers, switches, and firewalls.
Ensure IT security systems such as antivirus, data backups, and Disaster Recovery Center (DRC) procedures are executed regularly.
Manage user accounts (Active Directory, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365), access rights, and company emails.
Handle the onboarding and offboarding processes for employee accounts.
Manage password security settings and Multi‑Factor Authentication.
Oversee the distribution of software licenses and shared mailboxes.
Assist in the implementation of new IT projects, system upgrades, and data migrations as required.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
At least 1 year of working experience in an IT support (Network Infrastructure) or System Administration role. (Fresh graduates with strong projects or solid internship experiences are highly encouraged to apply).
Proficient in managing and maintaining Windows (10/11 & Server) and macOS operating systems.
Highly skilled in identifying and resolving hardware (computers, servers, external devices) and software issues.
Solid understanding and ability to configure TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLAN, as well as basic routing and switching.
Hands‑on experience in managing Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Active Directory (GPO & User Management), Virtual Servers, and Cloud Services.
Strong problem‑solving capabilities paired with a highly analytical mindset.
Highly self‑motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also being a strong collaborative team player.
