Job summary

Private Advertiser in Penang, George Town, is seeking a service coordinator to handle incoming requests via online forms, calls, or WhatsApp, coordinate with service agents on scheduling, and track progress from request to completion.

You will file service reports, liaise with engineers on common issues, manage disputes, and assist with walk-in technical checks or returns. Fluency in Bahasa and English and experience in customer-facing support are essential; Mandarin is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming service requests from customers via online form, calls, or WhatsApp messages.
• Coordinate with service agents and customers on servicing time, and terms and conditions.
• Track service progress from service request to completion.
• File servicing reports for service feedback collected from service agents, and liaise with engineers on common servicing issues.
• Manage servicing disputes with customers.
• Assist with walk-in technical product checking, servicing, or return goods.
