Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and provide timely assistance and follow-up.
• Coordinate with internal departments, agents, and relevant authorities on customer requests.
• Assist with work permit applications, documentation, and application status follow-up.
• Keep customers updated on recruitment, work permit, and service progress.
• Handle customer complaints and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain proper customer records, documents, and communication records.
• Build and maintain good relationships with existing customers.
• Ensure customer requests are handled professionally and within the required timeline.
• Perform other customer service and administrative duties as assigned.
