WCM Machinery Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Sales Executive with a sales-driven mindset and technical flair to grow our generator set solutions across construction, government, oil & gas, utilities and events. You’ll build strong client relationships, present solutions, and close deals.

The role offers a competitive base salary with a generous commission, plus medical insurance, ongoing training, and clear career progression in a growing industrial machinery business.

Formación

• 2+ years in a sales engineering or technical sales role, preferably in machinery or industrial equipment.
• Solid grasp of electrical engineering principles and product specifications.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with client-facing experience.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets while delivering good service.

Responsabilidades

• Identify new opportunities and proactively prospect in the local market.
• Showcase solutions with engaging presentations and product demos.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance to clients to meet needs.
• Negotiate and finalise sales contracts while balancing profitability.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline progress.
• Represent the brand at trade shows and industry events.
