Job summary

JPN INDUSTRIAL TRADING SDN. BHD. in Malaysia invites applications for a Sales & Marketing role in our machinery rental and sales division.

The role covers generators, welding sets, air compressors, lighting towers, and other equipment, with focus on growing market share and maintaining customer relationships. You will coordinate sales activities, meet budgets, compile market reports, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business Studies/Administration, Marketing or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of sales experience; fresh graduates welcome.
• Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese.
• Own transport and willing to travel.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Available to start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Marketing activities for the division in Malaysia.
• Achieve sales budget by following up on customer requirements and orders progress.
• Maintain good relationship with customers.
• Compile reports on products, market, and competitors analysis.
• Expand customer base by generating new key accounts.
• Gain better market share by providing suitable solutions to customers.
• Ensure timely collection.
• Coordinate the supply chain for timely delivery to meet customers' expectations.

Job description

Sales & Marketing position for machinery rental and sales division in Malaysia, covering generators, welding sets, air compressors, lighting towers, compactors, scissor lifts, bobcats and other equipment.

Key responsibilities

Responsible for Sales & Marketing activities for the particular division in Malaysia

Achieve sales budget given by following up on customer's requirements and orders progress

Maintain good relationship with customers

Compile reports on products, market, and competitors analysis

Expand customer base by generating new key accounts

Gain better market share by providing suitable solutions to customers

Ensure timely collection

Coordinate the supply chain for timely delivery to meet customers' expectations

About you

Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Business Studies/Administration, Marketing or equivalent

At least 2 years of working experience preferably in Sales, however fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Good command in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese

Good interpersonal skills, problem solving skills, good customer service, self-motivated, goal oriented and result driven

Possess own transport and willing to travel

Can work independently with minimum supervision

Available to start immediately
