Job summary

Power-Cam, based in Johor Bahru, seeks a technical sales professional to develop business opportunities and grow customer accounts across Malaysia. You will visit industrial clients, engineering firms, and end users to understand requirements and promote engineered equipment while coordinating with our international principals.

The role requires 1–5 years in technical sales or engineering roles, strong communication, and willingness to travel within Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical or Mechatronics.
• 1-5 years in technical sales or customer-facing engineering roles.
• Experience with industrial equipment, pumps, compressors or process equipment is a plus.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication and drive are welcome.
• Must be able to travel within Malaysia and have a driving license.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and grow customer accounts in Malaysia .
• Visit industrial customers, engineering companies, contractors and end users to understand technical and commercial requirements.
• Promote assigned engineered equipment and build relationships with Engineering, Maintenance, Projects and Procurement teams.
• Identify new projects, aftermarket, spare parts, service and equipment replacement opportunities.
• Follow up technical and commercial proposals with customers and coordinate closely with our international Principals.
• Conduct product presentations and support technical / commercial discussions.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline, sales forecasts and regular opportunity updates.
• Follow opportunities from initial enquiry through proposal, negotiation and order.
• Coordinate site visits, commissioning and technical support activities.
