Job summary

CTRM TestLab Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales Executive to drive business growth in Malacca, Malaysia. This on-site role focuses on building and maintaining customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and coordinating with technical teams to meet client needs.

The role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to travel when needed. A diploma or bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in technical services, laboratory, or industrial sectors.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented with good problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to travel when required.

Responsibilities
