Job summary

RMM TECHNOLOGY SDN. BHD. invites a proactive Industrial Sales Executive to grow our B2B portfolio within Malaysia. You will visit sites, secure new accounts, and expand services while coordinating collections and maintaining precise CRM records.

The role requires 2+ years in industrial sales, a valid driving licence, and comfort with factory environments. Multilingual communication across Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM; background in Environmental Engineering, Chemistry, or OSH is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years B2B industrial sales experience — scheduled waste, chemicals, industrial services, or logistics background preferred.
• Valid driving licence and own transport (mandatory).
• Able to communicate in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and basic English as this role will liaise with a diverse client base.
• Comfortable with frequent travel and entering factory production areas.
• Familiarity with DOE regulations and eSWIS consignment procedures.
• Existing network among EHS / safety departments.
• Experience serving electroplating, electronics, coatings, printing, glove manufacturing, or automotive workshop customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop new industrial customers through site visits, appointments arranged by our in-house Lead Generation team, and industrial area prospecting.
• Maintain and grow existing accounts — regular visits, renewals, resolving issues, and expanding the range of waste codes serviced per customer.
• Prepare quotations using our in-house costing system (no guesswork pricing) and follow through to contract signing.
• Coordinate collections on the ground — scheduling, weighbridge documentation, and weight verification.
• Keep customer records complete and up to date in our CRM.
