Job summary

Ngeam Engineering Works Sdn Bhd is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive sales growth and build strong client relationships. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of customer requirements and contributing to the overall growth of the Sales Department.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to Travel to client sites and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant sales/marketing experience in manufacturing.
• Strong technical knowledge of feed mill and fertilizer industry.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record in sales management.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
• Provide technical support and product demonstrations.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to meet customer needs.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
