Responsibilities

• Advise customers on TE products to meet design needs and sell TE value.
• Outbound calling to create new opportunities.
• Communicate with end customers via phone, email, chat to resolve questions.
• Liaise with internal teams to resolve inquiries and requests.
• Nurture SME customers pipeline via Salesforce with regular touchpoints.
• Collaborate with distributors to provide quotations and orders.
• Promote TE portfolio to drive revenue.
