Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in sales - distribution sales preferred.
• Extensive familiarity with electronics components and systems industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to present to senior management.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to engage executives at all levels.
• Self-motivated with ability to assess market needs and drive results.
• Proven track record of building relationships across multiple functions.

Responsibilities

• Engage in the sale of TE Connectivity products through distributor network.
• Serve as the primary contact for TE products sold via distribution in the marketplace.
• Communicate with distributors and end customers, providing technical and administrative support.
• Grow TE Connectivity's market share.
• Manage retention and growth of TAM to DTAM accounts.
• Coordinate TE's opportunity pipeline and Design Registration Program.
• Align local GTM strategy with distributor branches and TE Field Sales.
