Responsibilities

Conduct extensive marketing research to identify new business opportunities and enhance existing markets.
Source new customers and expand the market base while maintaining strong relationships with existing key accounts.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations to explain products and services to customers.
Work with customers to understand their needs and ensure products meet their requirements.
Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical support and secure orders.
Assist in product development by providing feedback from customers and suggesting improvements.
Help customers solve issues with product usage and recommend new or improved products.
