Job summary

Dpstar Thermo Control Electric Sdn Bhd is seeking a Junior Sales Engineer with an electrical or M&E background to drive technical sales and meet targets. You will generate leads, manage accounts via CRM, prepare quotes, and engage clients through calls, emails, and meetings.

You will have a mentor to guide you with the mentioned tasks. The role requires a Diploma/Advanced Diploma or Degree, with M&E or engineering background preferred and 1+ years of sales experience in the related industry.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma or degree in related field.
• M&E background or engineering field experience preferred.
• 1+ years sales experience in related industry preferred.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Excellent phone and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs.
• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and manage accounts via CRM.
• Drive sales and meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Prepare quotes and proposals accurately.
• Engage clients through calls, emails, and meetings.
• Participate in sales team meetings.
