Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Industrial) or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Internship experience in engineering, project coordination, sales, or customer service is advantageous.
• Basic knowledge of engineering principles and ability to interpret drawings.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and productivity tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Proactive, adaptable, organized with strong communication and willingness to learn.
• Willingness to travel to client locations and project sites.

Responsabilités

• Assist in reviewing engineering designs, technical drawings, CAD files, schematics, and project specifications to ensure alignment with client requirements.
• Support the monitoring of project schedules, resource allocation, and material requirements to ensure installations, deployments, and assemblies are completed safely and on time.
• Participate in site visits and project assessments to identify technical issues and assist senior engineers in developing appropriate solutions.
• Help ensure project activities comply with QA/QC standards, industry practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist the business development team in identifying prospective clients and exploring new business opportunities across various industries.
• Support product demonstrations and technical presentations by explaining product features and solutions based on client needs and operational requirements.
• Assist in preparing technical proposals, project scopes, cost estimates, and commercial quotations under the supervision of senior team members.
• Maintain communication with existing clients, address post-project inquiries, and help ensure a positive customer experience.

Key responsibilities

About you

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Relevant internship experience in engineering, project coordination, sales, or customer service will be an advantage
• Basic knowledge of engineering principles and the ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Familiarity with design tools such as AutoCAD and productivity applications, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Proactive, adaptable, and organized, with strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and confidence in interacting with clients and stakeholders
• Willingness to travel to client locations and project sites for inspections, assessments, and coordination activities as required
