Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering, e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Industrial.
• Fresh graduates welcome.
• Internship experience in engineering or customer-facing roles is a plus.
• Foundational understanding of engineering principles and blueprint reading.
• Basic familiarity with design software (AutoCAD) and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel to client sites and project evaluations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in analyzing engineering designs and project specifications against customer requirements.
• Monitor project timelines, resource allocation, and material tracking for on-schedule installation, deployment, or assembly.
• Participate in on-site or project evaluations and support senior engineers in implementing solutions.
• Learn and apply QA/QC standards and regulatory guidelines across active projects.
• Support business development by identifying and reaching out to potential new opportunities across market segments.
• Assist in delivering product demonstrations and technical presentations, tailoring solutions to client operations.
• Help formulate technical scope documents, cost estimations, and commercial quotations under senior staff.

You will combine technical expertise in engineering with sales and project execution skills. You will engage with a variety of projects, collaborate with professionals across multiple sectors, and be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships to drive business growth and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

Assist in analyzing and reviewing engineering designs, technical drawings (e.g., CAD/schematics), and project specifications against customer requirements

Help monitor project timelines, resource allocation, and material tracking to guarantee safe, on-schedule installation, deployment, or assembly

Participate in on-site or project evaluations to identify technical challenges and support senior engineers in implementing solutions

Learn and apply industry quality assurance standards (QA/QC) and regulatory guidelines across active projects

Support the business development team by identifying and reaching out to potential new business opportunities across diverse market segments

Assist in delivering product demonstrations and technical presentations, learning to tailor solutions to prospective client operations

Help formulate technical scope documents, cost estimations, and formal commercial quotations under the guidance of senior staff

Coordinate with existing clients to handle post-project inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction

About you

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Industrial, or a related technical discipline)
