We are seeking a proactive Technical Service Engineer to drive post-sales engineering support, oversee equipment installation and commissioning, and build trusted relationships with client technical teams across the region.
In this role, you will serve as the primary technical link between our products and customer success—managing technical incidents, driving field enablement, and contributing to regional service innovation.
Collaborate with client engineering teams post-sales to provide guidance, diagnose root causes, and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software challenges.
Manage escalations with a holistic system architecture perspective, ensuring timely feedback, effective solution deployment, and long-term problem resolution.
Provide scheduled on-call emergency response, warranty management, preventive maintenance, and system integration support.
Execute hands‑on product installation, configuration, solution pack implementation, testing, and commissioning.
Manage return material authorization (RMA) processes, component supply planning, and spare parts logistics to maintain service continuity.
Oversee service agreements, review vendor/partner contract terms, and support certification training standards.
Act as the primary technical interface during the after‑sales phase, addressing client technical concerns and fostering positive long‑term partnerships.
Help establish digital and in‑class training programs, technical documentation, and knowledge‑sharing resources for clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
Continually refine field service workflows and contribute to developing new service delivery models.
Provide field feedback to product development teams to support continuous equipment improvement and regional market growth.
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering — or equivalent practical technical experience/qualifications.
Demonstrated experience in equipment service support (prior experience in semiconductor, SMT, factory automation, or industrial machinery is welcome).
Practical troubleshooting capabilities across mechanical assemblies, electrical circuits, and machine software/control systems.
Analytical problem‑solving ability, customer‑focused mindset, and self‑direction in managing dynamic technical priorities.
Professional proficiency in spoken and written English; familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
Ability to travel periodically for client support assignments and overseas training, and participate in a scheduled on‑call rotation for urgent technical needs.
