The role drives sales growth across Malaysia, building pipelines and delivering technical solutions to customers. You will lead a sales team, expand market presence, and provide expert product consultation while collaborating with marketing and service teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in Science/Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in sales positions or lab leadership with 1–5 direct reports.
• Instrumentation or laboratory sales/technical experience preferred.
• Willing to travel within Malaysia and have own transport.

Responsabilités

• Grow target accounts and build sales pipelines.
• Qualify database and update CRM.
• Identify customer requirements by building rapport and understanding needs.
• Support marketing campaigns, leads generation and pipeline management.
• Deliver high-quality solutions to suspects, prospects and customers.
• Maintain records of customer communication in our CRM system.
