Responsibilities

• Conduct technical training sessions for team members and workshop participants.
• Lead and supervise the performance of remote technical teams.
• Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.
• Manage on-site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks.
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
• Set up hardware and install and configure relevant software and drivers.
• Maintain and repair smartphones, tablets and similar equipment or peripheral devices.
